Once we receive confirmation from our Tour Operator the booking will be automatically finalized and cancellations or amendments are not allowed. But in the event that there are no more available rooms in your preferred hotel, our Tour Operator will suggest other hotels that may confirm our booking or we will refund your guarantee payment in full.
