Residencia Boracay Beach Front Hotel is formerly known as Residencia Tirol and Residencia de Boracay. It is located at Boracay Boat Station 1, Pina-ungon, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. Residencia Boracay Hotel is designed to provide a relaxing retreat away from the crowds of Boracay White Beach.

Residencia Boracay is a beachfront hotel located in the northern part of the 8 km long Boracay White Beach. It is located at the most relaxing and quiet part of Boracay which is Boat Station 1, also known as the “quiet side of Boracay” also Boat Station 1 is White Beach at its widest.

Residencia Boracay Resort is privately-owned with a fully-secured guarded beach front resort. Construction of the main Residencia building fronting the beach was finished in April 2008. It has two (2) Super De Luxe rooms, two (2) De Luxe Select rooms, fourteen (14) De Luxe rooms, and six (6) Superior rooms.

The Quiet Side of Boracay - White Beach Boat Station 1

The best Boracay hotels are mainly located along the northern part of the beautiful 4km stretch of Boracay White Beach, known asBoat Station 1. The 4km North-Western section side of Boracay is home to some of the top rated and most expensive Boracay hotels. It is considered to be the upscale section of Boracay. This area in Boracay is the most secure and peaceful part of the whole White Beach. Boat Station 1 is also the widest part of White Beach where the sand is much finer and there is less foot traffic. Residencia Boracay is located along this stretch of white beach.
